Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time, which will be clearly stated in the product description.

Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected. We offer standard and, when available, tracked shipping options.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Spain: 2–5 business days

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Shipping Provider
Orders are shipped via Correos or other reliable postal services, depending on the destination.

Tracking
If your shipping option includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. Mistral Beads is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
